When I browse to CardioLog using IE on a CardioLog Windows 2008 server, it "freezes" in the CardioLog logo screen

Turn off the Internet Explorer Enhanced Security Configuration (IE ESC) on the server:
In Windows Server 2008 > Open "Server Manager" > Click on "Configure IE ESC" > Turn "Off".
