In the Diagnostics Dashboard, the Active Directory Updates status is “Error reading log file”

You need to configure the Active Directory Updates service:

  1. Go to General Administration > CardioLog Scheduling Service > Active Directory Updates
  2. Click Next.
  3. Enter the Active Directory connection string, such as - (without server name), and then click the "down" arrow.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Restart the CardioLog Scheduling service.
