The following are terms used in the SharePoint Marketing Suite user interface:
A scheduled report that is created and distributed once a day/week/month. The report includes several widgets, and can be viewed in the Report Center or by going directly to the report’s URL address. |

Unlike scheduled reports, the real time preview is available by running ad-hoc queries directly on CardioLog database. This feature is available for analysts who wish to view reports for a specific time. |

Templates can be defined for any object type in the monitored environment (e.g. Area, Site, List, etc.). Each template includes several widgets (similar to a report). A user can view real time data for a specific object in Object Explorer by selecting a report template from a pre-defined list of templates. SharePoint Marketing Suite is shipped with several templates for each object type. |

Object Explorer contains a hierarchal list of the objects which are monitored by SharePoint Marketing Suite. The Professional edition includes all objects in the Microsoft SharePoint environment. In the Enterprise edition, Object Explorer includes other portals and applications. Object Explorer represents the hierarchal structure upon which SharePoint Marketing Suite performs the various query aggregations (for instance, number of page views for a site and its sub sites). |

The number of times the page or document was viewed. |
Views |
A visit is a series of SharePoint page requests from the same uniquely identified client with a time of no more than 30 minutes between each page request. |
Visits |
The number of single visitors as identified by login information, or an anonymous cookie, or IP address. |
Unique Users |
The average time (in seconds) spent on a web page within a specific item or level of the portal hierarchy. |
Duration |
The percentage of times a specific SharePoint page was the last page in a visit to the web site. |
Exit Rate |
The percentage of visitors who see only one page during a visit to your site. |
Bounce Rate |
