Visitor Scoring

This report shows behavioral scoring per unique visitor for a specific SharePoint page or site.

Each visitor gains a score based on predefined criteria, such as the number of visits, the amount of time a visitor spends on the site, and how they arrived there in the first place. By tracking their behavior on your website, CardioLog Analytics gives you the power to determine your visitors’ level of interest.

Visitor scoring is based on the segments the visitor belongs to. Visitor segment definitions contain an optional "score" field which reflects the priority of the segment. By creating visitor segments according to what’s most important for your portal goals, and defining scores accordingly, you can rank your website visitors in a meaningful way.
